1. Do you provide free samples?

Samples depend on the model number, material and quantity.
We provide free samples with freight collect, but some samples require the client to pay the sample cost.

2. How about your MOQ?

For standard parts, MOQ is 1 pc; for customized parts, MOQ depends on the details.

3. Do you offer customization service?

Yes, we can print your brand (logo, artwork) on the products or laser engrave your brand.
We can customize your packaging according to your design.
All copyrights are owned by clients, and we promise not to disclose any information.

4. How about the delivery time?

Most orders will be shipped within 3–10 working days after payment is received.
