The specifications of forklift driving operations are as follows:
Check the vehicle:
1. Before the forklift operation, check the appearance and add fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water.
2. Check the start, operation and braking performance.
3. Check whether the lights and audio signals are complete and effective.
4. Check whether the pressure and temperature should be checked during the operation of the forklift.
5. After the forklift is running, the external leak should be checked and the sealing parts should be replaced in time.
During driving:
1. When driving, the bottom of the fork should be kept 3-4mm from the ground height, and the door frame must be tilted back.
2. Do not raise the fork too high when driving. At the scene or on the way to enter and exit, pay attention to the crisis of barrier to the sky. When the carrier is driving, if the fork rises too high, it will also increase the height of the overall center of gravity of the forklift and affect the stability of the forklift.
3. After unloading, you should land for a fork to the normal driving position before driving.
4. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, a signal shall be issued and the rapid turn of high speed shall be prohibited. High -speed rapid turns can cause the vehicle to lose horizontal stability and turn over.
5. Internal combustion forklifts are strictly forbidden to go downhill when going downhill.
6. Non -special circumstances, the brake is prohibited from driving.
7. When the load is more than 7 degrees and at a speed of one gear, the brake cannot be used in non -special cases.
8. The forklift must abide by the traffic rules in the factory when runtime, and it must maintain a certain safety distance from the previous vehicles.
9. When the forklift is running, the load must be at the lowest position that does not hinder driving. The door frame should be properly leaned backwards. When stacking or loading, the load shall not be increased. When carrying huge objects, the object blocks the driver's sight. At this time, the forklift should be poured.
10. The forklift is controlled from the rear wheel control, so you must always pay attention to the swing behind the car to avoid the rush of turning that often appears when beginners drove.
11. It is forbidden to turn on the ramp, and it should not cross the ramp.
12. When the forklift is carried downhill, it should be driving downwards to prevent the goods from falling.
