Seven abnormal wear reasons of electric forklift tires

When the electric forklift is moving slowly, the following electric forklift accessories can be checked as follows:

1. Check whether the battery voltage of the electric forklift accessories is too low. If the voltage is OK, check whether the battery power is sufficient to replace the normal operation of the electric 

forklift. Troubleshooting methods are: if the battery has no voltage or the voltage is too low, directly charge the battery to replenish the power.

2. Check whether the electric forklift drive system accessories such as switches and circuits are loose or short-circuited, and whether the micro switch is damaged. Troubleshooting methods: repair 

and clean the circuit, replace or repair the micro switch.

3. Check whether the drive contactor assembly of the electric forklift accessories is burned out or the coil is short-circuited and broken or the contact is poor. Troubleshooting methods: repair the 

platinum contacts of the electric forklift contactor or directly replace a new hydraulic contactor assembly.

4. Check whether the drive module is burned out or short-circuited and broken. Troubleshooting methods: repair or replace the module assembly.

5. Check whether the drive board or power board is burnt out or short-circuited.

6. Check whether the drive motor has power supply voltage, check whether the motor has short circuit, disconnection or leakage, and check whether the carbon brush is seriously worn. 

Troubleshooting method: repair the circuit, replace the carbon brush of the motor and the copper head of the motor, repair the hydraulic motor assembly or replace a new hydraulic motor.

7. Check whether the drive gearbox, gear, disc angle gear or drive wheel of the electric forklift accessories are damaged. Troubleshooting method: disassemble the damaged gearbox assembly for 

repair or directly replace it with a new gearbox assembly. If the gear is damaged, directly replace it with a new gear, replace a new disc angle gear or drive wheel.
