Forklift radiators are prone to the following problems:

1. Poor lubrication

In winter, the lubricating oil is easily heated and thinned, and the lubrication effect is significantly reduced. When the crankshaft rotates severely, the bearings on the connecting 

rod will burn out. Therefore, when running in summer, summer lubricating oil should be used instead of the vehicle. At the same time, clean the oil-water radiator regularly and 

clean the external oil and water to ensure good heat dissipation. In addition, the maintenance of the oil filter should be strengthened to make the oil flow quickly and dissipate 

heat.

2. Braking failure

Because the boiling point of some brake fluids is too low, they will evaporate into water vapor at high temperatures, forming a gas barrier on the brake, which will cause brake 

failure. In hot seasons, the brake cylinder, wheel cylinder, rubber ring, aging, brake fluid viscosity and oil volume should be checked, and the brake fluid with a high boiling point 

should be replaced in time to prevent excessive oil consumption. Completely eliminate the brake system. Air, etc.

3. High temperature softens the road surface
