Ⅰ. Introduction to fault codes
1. E0007: The battery voltage is too high or too low.
2. E0102: Cab battery voltage is too high or too low.
3. E0201: The controller voltage is too high or the voltage is too low.
4. E0401: A communication error occurred in the control system.
5. E0501: Communication error occurs in the driving controller.
6. E0502: Communication error occurred in the lifting controller.
7. E0503: Communication error with tilt controller.
8. E0504: Communication error occurred in the side shift controller.
9. E0511: Communication error occurred in the driving controller.
10. E0512: Communication error occurred in the lifting controller.
11. E0513: Communication error with tilt controller.
12. E0514: Communication error occurred in the side shift controller.
13. E0910: The lift limiter is faulty.
14. E1010: The position sensor related to the lifting control is faulty.
15. E1110: The position sensor related to order driving is faulty.
16. E1120: The side shift position sensor is faulty.
17. E1121: The warehouse position sensor (X) is faulty.
18. E1122: The warehouse position sensor (Y) is faulty.
19. E1123: The warehouse position sensor (Z) is faulty.
20. E1501: Communication error occurred in the cab controller.
Ⅱ. Analysis method
1. If the battery voltage is too high or too low, check whether the battery voltage is normal and replace the battery in time.
2. The cab battery voltage is too high or too low. Check whether the cab battery is normal and replace the battery in time.
3. The controller voltage is too high or too low. Check whether the controller power line and connection are normal to ensure that the controller operating voltage is normal.
4. If a communication error occurs in the control system, it is necessary to check whether the communication line of the control system is normal and whether the connection is loose or corroded.
5. If there is a communication error in the driving controller, you need to check whether the communication line of the driving controller is normal and replace the faulty controller in time.
6. If there is a communication error in the lifting controller, you need to check whether the communication line of the lifting controller is normal and replace the faulty controller in time.
7. If there is a communication error in the tilt controller, you need to check whether the communication line of the tilt controller is normal and replace the faulty controller in time.
8. If there is a communication error in the side shift controller, you need to check whether the communication line of the side shift controller is normal and replace the faulty controller in time.
9. If the lifting limiter fails, check whether the position of the lifting limiter is normal and repair or replace the limiter.
10. The position sensor of the lifting control is faulty. Check whether the position sensor of the lifting control is damaged or loose, and replace or adjust the position.
11. If the position sensor of the order driving fails, you need to check whether the position sensor connection is normal and replace the faulty sensor in time.
12. If the side shift position sensor fails, check whether the side shift position sensor is damaged, loose or poorly connected, and replace or adjust it in time.
13. The warehouse position sensor (X) fails. Check whether the warehouse position sensor is damaged, loose or poorly connected, and replace or adjust it in time.
14. If the warehouse position sensor (Y) fails, check whether the warehouse position sensor is damaged, loose or poorly connected, and replace or adjust it in time.
15. If the warehouse position sensor (Z) fails, check whether the warehouse position sensor is damaged, loose or poorly connected, and replace or adjust it in time.
16. If there is a communication error in the cab controller, you need to check whether the communication line of the cab controller is normal and replace the faulty controller in time.
