The forklift manufacturing industry is located in the world's largest and most promising market and has certain development potential. At the same time, a series of derived industries such as the forklift maintenance industry have become indispensable new industries nowadays. Then maintenance can be mainly divided into first-level forklift maintenance and second-level forklift maintenance.
Then when following daily maintenance projects, you can add the following first-level maintenance work.
1. Check whether the thermostat is working properly.
2. Check whether the gear shifting of the transmission is working normally.
3. Check the tightness of the fan belt.
4. Check whether the diesel tank oil inlet filter is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace the filter.
5. Check and adjust valve clearance.
6. Check and adjust the gap between the brake pads and brake drums of the hand and foot brakes.
7. Check whether the generator and starter motor are firmly installed, whether the wiring joints are clean and firm, and whether the carbon brushes and commutator are worn.
8. Replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is intact, and clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.
9. Check the cylinder pressure or vacuum.
10. Check whether the wheel installation is firm, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove debris embedded in the tread.
11. If parts are disassembled due to maintenance work, a forklift road test must be conducted after reassembly.
(1) Braking performance at different levels should be free of deviation and snaking. On steep slopes, the car can stop reliably after tightening the handbrake.
(2) Listen for any abnormal sounds when the engine is running under acceleration, deceleration, heavy load or no-load conditions.
(3) After a mileage of road test, check whether the brakes, transmission, front axle housing, and gear pump are overheated.
(4) Whether the lifting speed of the fork frame is normal and whether there is any vibration.
12. Check whether the multi-way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilt cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump are working properly.
Things to note in summer
(1). Before entering the heatstroke prevention period, make preparations in advance and release the winter lubricating grease from the engine, drive axle, transmission, steering gear, etc. After cleaning, add summer lubricating grease according to regulations.
(2). Clean the water channels, remove scale from the cooling system, and clear the radiator fins. Check the tightness of the fan drive belt frequently.
(3). Properly adjust the generator regulator to reduce the charging current of the generator.
(4). Pay attention to prevent the engine from overheating during operation, and pay attention to the indication reading of the coolant temperature gauge at all times. If the coolant temperature is too high, take cooling measures. To maintain the amount of coolant, be careful to prevent the coolant from boiling and causing burns when adding.
(5). Always check the temperature and air pressure of the tires. If necessary, stop in a cool place and wait until the tire temperature drops before continuing to work. Do not use deflation or pouring cold water to reduce pressure and temperature, so as not to reduce the service life of the tires.
(6). Always check the braking performance to prevent brake failure due to aging, expansion and deformation of the brake master cylinder or wheel cylinder cup, and vaporization of the brake fluid.
(7). Adjust the density of the battery electrolyte, clear the ventilation hole on the battery cover, keep the electrolyte 10-15mm above the partition, and add distilled water as appropriate.
