1. Circuit failure
(1)Circuit board failure: When the circuit board is damaged, the buttons cannot be used or the solenoid valve cannot work properly. The solution is to replace the circuit board.
(2)Insufficient battery power: The forklift's wires are used with the battery. If the battery power is insufficient, the problem can be solved by replacing the new battery or charging the old battery.
(3)Failure caused by the line: Damage to the line or unstable connection may cause failure. You can check the wiring connections and replace the wiring or connectors to solve the problem.
2. Mechanical failure
(1)Hydraulic system failure: Insufficient hydraulic oil or damaged pump will cause the forklift lift rod to rise slowly or fail to rise. Hydraulic oil should be added in time and the hydraulic pump should be checked.
(2)Brake failure: Forklift brake failure is a safety issue and needs to be dealt with in time. The brakes can be inspected, the brake discs and pads replaced, or the brake pump and brake lines inspected.
(3)Tire failure: Tire wear, puncture or insufficient air pressure will affect the driving of the forklift. You can change the tires or add air to solve the problem.
3. Other faults
(1)Air filter failure: Too much accumulation in the air filter will cause the engine to lose power and should be replaced in time.
(2)Engine failure: Engine failure will cause the forklift to be unable to start or drive. You can check the spark plug or high-voltage wire, or replace the fuel and air filter.
In short, there are many common forklift faults, but as long as they are handled promptly and correctly, problems that affect work can be effectively avoided. At the same time, regular inspection, maintenance and repair of forklifts are also important measures to reduce failures.
