Ⅰ.Forklift Safety Operation Manual: The operation of the electric forklift driver must comply with the requirements of safety regulations.
1.Before operation, check the effectiveness of the braking system and whether the battery power is sufficient. If any defects are found, correct them before operation .
2.When transporting goods, it is not allowed to use a single fork to move the goods, nor is it allowed to use the tip of the fork to pick up the goods. The entire fork must be inserted under the goods and the goods must be placed evenly on the forks.
3.Start smoothly, be sure to slow down before turning, do not drive too fast at normal speed, and brake smoothly to stop.
4. No one is allowed to stand on the fork, and no one is allowed to operate with people on them.
5. Handle large goods with care, and do not carry unfixed or loose goods.
6. Check the electrolyte regularly. It is prohibited to use open flame lighting to check the battery electrolyte.
7. Before parking and not using it, lower the forks to the ground and place the forklift neatly. Stop the vehicle and disconnect the entire vehicle.
Ⅱ.Specific Operating Rules
(Ⅰ) In the Process of Driving
1. When driving, the height of the bottom of the fork from the ground should be maintained at 300~400mm, and the mast must be tilted backward.
2. Do not raise the fork too high while driving. When entering or leaving the work site or while driving, pay attention to whether there are any obstacles in the sky. When driving with goods, the fork must not rise too high, which will affect the stability of the forklift.
3. After unloading, lower the fork to the normal driving position before driving.
4. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, the driving signal should be given first. High-speed sharp turns are prohibited. High-speed sharp turns may cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and tip over.
5. It is strictly forbidden to turn off the engine and coast when the forklift is driving downhill. It is forbidden to brake suddenly while driving without special circumstances.
6. The forklift must abide by the traffic rules in the factory when operating and must maintain a certain safe distance from the vehicle in front.
7. When the forklift is running, the load must be at the lowest position that does not hinder travel, and the mast must be tilted backward appropriately. The load must not be raised except when stacking or loading.
(Ⅱ) Loading and Unloading
1. When loading items, the distance between the two forks should be adjusted as needed so that the load on the two forks is balanced and cannot be skewed. One side of the item should be close to the object rack.
2. It is prohibited to work with a single fork or use a fork to lift or pull objects. In special circumstances, safety warning signs must be set up to remind surrounding pedestrians when pulling items.
3. During the loading and unloading process, the forklift must be braked.
4. When the forklift is forking goods, no one is allowed to stand around the forks to prevent the goods from collapsing and injuring people.
5. It is prohibited to fork goods at high speed and hit hard objects with the fork head.
6.The speed of the vehicle should be slow and steady, and be careful not to run over objects or skids with the wheels to prevent the rolling objects from stretching and injuring people.
